NOTICE OF SPECAIL MEETINGS OF THE
COTTONWOOD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Board of
Directors of the Cottonwood Metropolitan District will be held on
Thursday February 27, 2025 at the hour of 6:30 o'clock p.m. in the
Parker Field House, 18700 Plaza Drive, Parker, Colorado 80134 for the
purpose to inform the Cottonwood Subdivision residents of proposed
landscape and fence improvements along Jordan Road and Cottonwood
Drive. The District would like comments from the residents on their
thoughts and preferences on the project. This meeting is open to the
public.
